Blink - The Employee App is hiring an Implementation Associate to support delivery of Blink to customers across the US from our Boston office. The role blends coordination, stakeholder communication, and technical curiosity to help deploy Blink in large and complex organizations.

You'll assist senior team members on high-impact projects and independently manage smaller implementations, gaining hands-on project lifecycle experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Exposure to software implementations or large organizations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams,

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Blink for large-enterprise accounts under guidance.
• Lead and manage delivery for a portfolio of smaller customers using Blink methodology.
• Deliver demos, workshops, training, and status updates.
• Coordinate projects: schedule meetings, take notes, track actions and deadlines.
