FinMkt, Inc. is seeking a high‑energy Project Manager to orchestrate cross‑functional delivery cycles for embedded lending and payments integrations.

You will guide API integrations, from inception through launch, coordinating Product, Engineering, and Client Solutions teams in a fast‑paced B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of PM experience, strong Agile practices, and a knack for translating complex technical milestones into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of dedicated project management experience in a fast‑paced B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.
• Familiar with API workflows, client integrations, and digital lending or payment rails.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence; agile ceremonies and backlog management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PMP or Scrum Master certifications are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Integration Lifecycle Management: Own and drive end‑to‑end delivery for merchant, enterprise, and lender API integrations onto the FinMkt platform.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to synchronize delivery pipelines.
• Project Tracking & Execution: Create, maintain, and communicate clear roadmaps, release schedules, risk logs, and resource trackers.
• Client & Partner Facing Delivery: Serve as a primary technical project contact for external stakeholders, managing status calls and blockers.
• Process Optimization: Audit and optimize internal agile delivery workflows with clear ticket writing and sprint planning.
