Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in Identity Security. You will lead a virtual team of partners, presales, and customer success to win deals and expand relationships in a defined territory.

The role requires excellence in discovery calls, customer engagements, and competitive positioning against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt. You will partner with marketing and channel teams to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business or sales field preferred.
• Strong communication and discovery-call skills.
• Experience in identity security or cybersecurity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota quarterly and annually.
• Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to drive plans and executions.
• Lead the appropriate technical resources for demonstrations and proposals.
• Own all aspects of the sales cycle: qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFPs, negotiations, and closing.
• Foster cross-functional teamwork and Salesforce hygiene to maintain accurate forecasts.
