Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to engage economic buyers at the C‑level.
• Experience selling to organisations with 100+ employees.
• High accountability, resilience, and ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net‑new enterprise business with organisations 100 to 5,000+ employees across defined territories.
• Run disciplined full-cycle sales from executive-level prospecting through discovery, demo, and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles across the One Paychex Portfolio (PEO, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Retirement, etc.).
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and channel ecosystem to scale deals.
• Own pipeline with rigorous forecasting and deal control through close.
