Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven success in consultative selling, B2B sales, and new business prospecting.
• Preference for experience in HCM, technology, or software sales.

• Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
