MelodyArc is hiring an Enterprise GTM Associate in the United States, Arizona. You will work across the full funnel from marketing and prospecting through deal execution and implementation alongside the co-founder and senior revenue leaders.

Your role spans researching Fortune 500 accounts, project managing customer videos, and shaping messaging for new features. This early‑career position offers broad exposure to a fast‑growing revenue org and hands-on GTM experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a sales or GTM role or adjacent field with a strong track record of ownership and execution.
• Comfort with switching between strategic projects and detailed execution.
• You’ll need to learn MelodyArc's platform well enough to demo it to a skeptical technical buyer.
• Strong critical and creative thinking skills; ability to research, prioritize, and reason through ambiguity.
• Highly organized and an excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Natural relationship-builder who connects easily with people and maintains poise at events and client calls.

Responsibilities

• Run prospecting with the founder and AEs, build prioritized lists and identify targets.
• Own follow-ups, next steps, and the details to move deals forward.
• Support deal execution with pitches, demos, and customer engagements.
• Help with event strategy, content creation, and sales materials.
