Assembled is hiring a Head of Growth Marketing in San Francisco to lead an enterprise-focused growth engine. You will own pipeline targets, optimize the full funnel, and align SDRs, content, product marketing, and events to drive efficient, repeatable growth across enterprise accounts.

With a track record in upmarket, multi-product moves and hands-on ownership, you’ll shape the strategy, run two horizons, and manage our GTM engineering. Our SF office welcomes you five days a week.

Formación

• 8–10 years in growth or demand gen at enterprise-level B2B.
• ABM GTM you built or rebuilt, not inherited.
• Fluent with funnel data analysis to extract real insights.
• Breadth across paid, website conversion, lifecycle, GTM systems, and outbound.
• Experience building and adopting AI systems within a team.
• Player/coach management experience; able to lead and contribute.

Responsabilidades

• Rethink enterprise motion end-to-end across accounts and plays.
• Own the funnel, identify drop-offs and sequence fixes by revenue potential.
• Build signal-based plays with SDRs so accounts align across channels.
• Treat paid and website conversion as levers; optimize spend and traffic.
• Design campaigns that integrate content, PMM, customer marketing, and events.
• Build AI workflows and agents; bring lifecycle into the system.
• Manage and grow GTM engineering; decide what runs on agents vs people/ agencies.
