Job summary

You will own end-to-end business development and partner strategy for ACD within your territory, engaging VP- and C-level decision-makers, recruiting system integrators and consultants, and collaborating with product teams to shape a rapidly evolving service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience building or managing partner relationships (system integrators, consultancies, or technology partners).
• Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas.
• 5+ years of technology/software sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy for ACD in your territory across enterprise customers.
• Develop account strategies for Fortune 500 organizations and map executive stakeholders.
• Lead customer discovery and advisory engagements translating pain points into ACD solutions.
• Build and scale the partner ecosystem; recruit SI, consultancies and tech partners.
• Develop partner business plans with measurable outcomes and joint revenue targets.
• Run partner enablement activities to build self-sufficient delivery capability.
• Create thought leadership content and coordinate with product teams on pilots and POCs.
• Forecast, manage pipeline, and close deals against targets.
