Job summary

Infobip in the United States is hiring an Enterprise Customer Growth Executive to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth for Tier 1/2 clients. You will build strong relationships, understand client needs, coordinate internal resources, and develop strategies to enhance engagement and business outcomes.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, client advocacy, performance metrics, and seamless coordination with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients to achieve overall customer health and growth.
• Proactively search for opportunities to increase customer spend and cross-sell into new use cases, portfolios, services.
• Serve as a focal point for client when meeting business and technical expectations (escalations, adoption, feedback to Product).
• Coordinate different teams to best serve the customer.
• Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs for growth (gross profit, margin, cross-sells).
• Setup client accounts and collaborate with Platform Operations to enable activities.
