Infobip is seeking an EnterpriseCustomer Growth Executive to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth for Tier 1/2 clients. Build strong relationships, coordinate internal resources, and develop strategies to improve engagement and business outcomes.

You’ll lead account management, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and help shape Infobip’s end-to-end customer experience in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in enterprise account management and growth strategies.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Tier 1/2 client relationships to maximize satisfaction and growth.
• Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities and new use cases.
• Coordinate internal resources (Success, Sales, Support, Ops) to fulfill client requirements.
• Monitor KPIs (gross profit, margin %, cross-sells) and report on health of accounts.
• Forecast client activity and defend against revenue risk.
