Job summary

Rnb Consultancy is seeking an on-site Enterprise Account role in San Francisco. You will own expansion from day one, driving upsell across a portfolio of large enterprise customers, and lead demos and trials yourself.

You will diagnose product and security issues with clients and relay customer feedback to influence the roadmap. The position is full-time, on-site in San Francisco with a tight 9-9-6 schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving upsell and expansion in enterprise accounts yourself.
• Semi-technical: you can credibly diagnose product and security issues.
• Willingness to work from the San Francisco office, 9-9-6 hours.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
