Jobgether in the United States seeks a Head of Enterprise FP&A to lead enterprise-wide planning, financial consolidation, and analytics in a fast-growing environment. You will own the AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning, building scalable frameworks and partnering with executives to drive decisions.

The role blends strategic influence with hands-on modeling and process design, focusing on accuracy, discipline, and speed. Remote flexibility is available for eligible U.S. residents.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and multiyear planning cycles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the complete financial planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning and consolidation.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation framework and standardized reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actionable guidance.
• Drive process improvements to increase planning accuracy and speed.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and strategic priorities.
• Align finance and operations around shared goals and ensure accountability.
• Mentor and lead one direct report while hands-on in day-to-day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic function with disciplined financial control.
