Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States to lead enterprise-wide planning, consolidation, and reporting. This player-coach role combines strategic influence with hands-on financial modeling and process design to improve planning accuracy and decision speed.

You will own AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning, partnering with executives to align financial and operational priorities while mentoring one direct report. Remote‑friendly for eligible U.S. residents.

Qualifications

• End-to-end planning leadership across AOP, LRP and reforecasting.
• Advanced financial modeling and analysis capabilities.
• Experience improving consolidation and reporting systems.
• Ability to design scalable planning processes and frameworks.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Clear written and verbal reporting to executives.
• A proactive, hands-on approach balancing strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete annual operating plan and long-range planning cycles.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise consolidation and standardized reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actions.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks.
• Align finance and operations around shared goals.
• Mentor one direct report while contributing to day‑to‑day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic decision function.
