Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise-wide FP&A, forecasting, and reporting.

This role partners with executive leadership to deliver insights that influence strategic decisions and drive performance across Revenue through Adjusted EBITDA. You will manage annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range outlooks, while coaching a growing FP&A team and coordinating with Accounting, Operations, and Corporate Functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, finance, accounting, or related analytical disciplines.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with direct reports preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise planning and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, coordination, and execution of the Company's annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning process, and monthly financial outlooks.
• Manage consolidated enterprise forecasting across all business segments and corporate functions.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for all aspects of company financial performance, including: Management P&L (Revenue through Adjusted EBITDA)
• GAAP P&L through Adjusted Diluted EPS
• Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Liquidity
• Working Capital and alignment between business assumptions and financial outcomes.
• Lead monthly reporting and business review process for executive leadership.
• Develop and maintain enterprise financial reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards.
• Provide actionable insights regarding financial results, forecast variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Accounting to align management reporting with GAAP results.
• Support earnings preparation and analysis with financial schedules and commentary.
