Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis to lead company-wide planning, forecasting and reporting. You will drive the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long‑range outlooks, and monthly financial reporting with cross‑functional teams and executive leadership.

The role requires 7+ years in FP&A, GAAP knowledge, and demonstrated leadership in enterprise financial processes within healthcare services. Report to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, accounting, or related analytical experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with direct reports preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise planning and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and coordination of annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts.
• Manage consolidated enterprise forecasting for all business segments and functions.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital.
• Deliver monthly executive reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards.
• Provide insights on variances, trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Guide budgeting for Corporate Function SG&A and headcount planning.
• Support Board materials, executive reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
• Coach and develop FP&A team members; collaborate across the enterprise.
