Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Director, Finance Business Partner to lead financial planning, forecasting and performance for a business unit. You will partner with the BU President and cross-functional leaders to drive profitable growth, develop business cases, and influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and executive reporting, with a focus on revenue, gross profit, and operating expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years FP&A, finance, accounting, or business performance management experience.
• 5+ years supporting senior leaders in a finance business partner capacity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance advisor to the Business Unit President/GM and leadership team.
• Lead annual plans, forecasts, long-range plans, and monthly outlooks.
• Develop financial models and business cases for investments and growth.
• Monitor performance and deliver KPI reporting and management packages.
• Collaborate with commercial analytics, market access, procurement, and operations.
