Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to guide financial planning across the organization. You will oversee the annual operating plan, budgets, forecasts, and internal reporting, while developing models that reveal key drivers and future results.

You will lead a team of analysts and partner with People and data functions to enhance data quality and efficiency. The role requires 8+ years of FP&A experience with strong analytical and communication skills, and a relevant degree;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 8+ years FP&A experience with forecasting, budgeting and planning.
• 2+ years people leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the annual operating plan process.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and internal financial reporting.
• Prepare management and board reporting packages.
• Lead monthly variance analysis.
• Develop models identifying drivers and future results.
• Collaborate with departments for financial analysis.
• Manage a team of analysts.
• Partner with People and data functions for data validation and efficiency.
