Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise FP&A to lead annual planning, forecasting, and reporting for the company. You will coordinate across Commercial, Operations, Accounting and Finance to drive performance insights and strategic decisions.

You will partner with executive leadership to deliver accurate dashboards, manage SG&A planning, and support earnings materials with strong financial storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts.
• Coordinate enterprise forecasting across all business segments and corporate functions.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Provide actionable insights on variances, trends, and opportunities.
• Partner with CFO and executives to prepare board materials and reviews.
