Option Care Health, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Financial Planning & Forecasting to lead the company’s enterprise FP&A, forecasting, reporting, and performance management.

This role coordinates cross-functional planning with Commercial, Operations, Accounting, and Finance Business Partner teams. The Senior Manager owns the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range outlooks, and monthly reporting, partnering with the CFO, CEO, and senior leaders to deliver actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, accounting, or related analytical disciplines.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with direct reports preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise planning and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and coordination of the Company's annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Manage consolidated enterprise forecasting across all business segments and corporate functions.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and liquidity.
• Provide strategic insights and variance analysis for executive leadership.
• Lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for Corporate Function SG&A.
