Job summary

HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking a senior FP&A leader to drive the annual operating plan, budgets, forecasts, and reporting packages for senior leadership and the board. You will oversee a team of analysts and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial insights.

The role requires extensive FP&A experience, advanced financial modeling, and strong communication skills to influence strategic decisions, with remote work and quarterly in-person onboarding at Trailhead.

Qualifications

• Strong finance and accounting knowledge typical of a finance/FP&A role.
• Analytical with ability to influence decisions through data.
• Experience in corporate finance or accounting environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the annual operating plan process.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and internal reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Prepare management and board-level reporting packages and presentations.
• Oversee monthly variance reviews and analyses.
• Develop and maintain models to identify trends and drivers.
• Collaborate with departments to provide financial analysis support.
• Lead a team of analysts with varying experience levels.
• Partner with shared services and data functions to validate data and improve processes.
• Collaborate with People/Compensation teams.
