HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A professional to lead the annual operating plan, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for multiple departments.

You will develop models to identify trends, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and mentor a team of FP&A analysts. The role requires 8+ years in FP&A, 2+ years of people leadership, and a strong background in forecasting, budgeting, and planning.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Excellent technical knowledge of finance and accounting; strong analytical and modeling skills.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience; 8+ years FP&A experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the annual operating plan process.
• Oversee preparation of budgets and forecasts, and internal financial reporting.
• Contribute to Management and board-level reporting packages and presentations.
• Oversee monthly variance review and analysis.
• Develop and maintain models to identify trends and key drivers for forecasting.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis support.
• Lead and develop FP&A analysts.
• Partner with People and compensation teams.
