Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States. This role is hands-on and strategic, owning the full planning cycle from AOP to LRP, through consolidation and executive reporting.

You will design scalable planning frameworks, standardize reporting, and drive forecasting accuracy while mentoring one direct report. Remote flexibility is offered for eligible U.S. residents with quarterly in-person gatherings in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning.
• Ability to own and optimize end-to-end planning processes.
• Strong partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete annual operating plan (AOP), reforecasting, and long-range planning (LRP).
• Design and manage planning calendars, milestones, and inputs from departments.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework with standardized KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead process improvements to scale planning and reporting efficiency.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and priorities.
