Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A to own the end-to-end financial planning cycle for a fast-growing business in the United States. You will design scalable planning frameworks, standardize reporting, and partner with executives to drive strategic decisions and improve planning accuracy.

This role offers remote flexibility for eligible U.S. residents, with quarterly in-person gatherings in Lincoln, Nebraska, and a direct reporting line to the senior leadership team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning.
• End-to-end planning leadership experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with consolidation and reporting.
• Process design and scalable planning proficiency.
• Cross-functional leadership and executive communication.
• Builder mindset with hands-on modelling.
• Diversity of educational background encouraged.
• Resident of eligible U.S. states for remote Work Your Way.
• Willingness to attend quarterly in-person gatherings in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A planning cycle from AOP to final deliverables.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actions.
• Improve processes; document standards and scalable systems.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks.
• Align finance with operations; manage cross-functional priorities.
• Mentor one direct report and participate in day-to-day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic decision-making function.
