Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of consultative sales experience in fire life safety or related construction industries.
• Ability to identify opportunities and manage high-value contracts.
• Experience with electrical/general contractors and end users.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by prospecting, nurturing relationships and educating customers about products and services.
• Lead the sales process from proposal development to closing; manage scopes and costs.
• Serve as primary client contact; oversee accounts and relationships before, during, and after sale.
• Collaborate with partners across vertical markets and prepare winning proposals.
• Develop financial justifications, takeoffs, estimates and presentations for closures.
