Job summary

HCI Systems, Inc. is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our fast-growing team as Entry-Level Construction Sales Representatives.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals transitioning into B2B sales and learning the fire life safety and low voltage industry from the ground up. You will Prospect and engage new customers, build relationships with contractors and facility managers, and prepare proposals with senior support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow.
• Comfort with speaking to customers in person, on the phone, and via email.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new customers through calls, drop-ins, networking, and outreach.
• Develop relationships with facility managers, property managers, contractors, and business owners.
• Identify customer needs and recommend fire/life safety and low voltage solutions.
• Prepare pricing proposals and construction estimates with support from senior team members.
• Support business development and client retention efforts.
• Maintain accurate activity and opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the construction team to support customer satisfaction and onboarding.
• Represent HCI professionally in the field and drive brand visibility.
