HCI Systems, Inc. is hiring for an Entry-Level Construction Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. This role targets early-career professionals transitioning into B2B sales within the fire life safety and low voltage sectors.

You will prospect, build relationships with contractors and facility managers, and tailor solutions with support from senior team members. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in B2B sales or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in construction sales
• Positive, coachable, and motivated to succeed in sales
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Interest in fire/life safety, low voltage systems, or commercial building services

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new customers through calls, drop-ins, networking, and outreach
• Develop relationships with facility/property managers, contractors, and business owners
• Identify customer needs and propose fire/life safety and low voltage solutions
• Prepare pricing proposals and review construction documents and specs
• Support business development and client retention
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and opportunities
• Collaborate with construction team to support onboarding and satisfaction
• Represent HCI professionally in the field and drive brand visibility
