Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive to drive growth across banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, and financial institutions. The role is fully remote in the U.S., offering a base salary of $160,000–$170,000 plus uncapped commissions.

You will develop strategic outbound plans, build relationships with senior leaders, and manage complex enterprise cycles from initial engagement to contract. AI-enabled decisioning and risk platforms are part of the focus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise fintech, lending technology, risk technology, fraud, or decisioning platform sales experience.
• Proven success selling into banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, fintechs, or financial institutions.
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers (CFOs/Credit Officers/Leaders).
• Demonstrated history of self-generated pipeline and complex enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan focused on net-new revenue generation.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across lending, risk, underwriting, and credit organizations.
• Prospect and create opportunities through networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer-facing events.
• Shape go-to-market strategy within a high-growth environment.
