Job summary

CAF Outdoor Cleaning is seeking a seasoned sales leader to launch and scale the Facility Management channel in the U.S. You will own pipeline, lead meetings, drive strategy, and close enterprise deals with multi-site operators.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales, strong negotiation, and a track record of building new channels. This remote role requires up to 20–30% travel and a robust relationship network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (facility management, janitorial, commercial services, or related industry preferred).
• Experience selling to multi-site or enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Grow CAF’s Facility Management channel from scratch by identifying and closing new FM opportunities nationwide.
• Own the full sales cycle from target, outreach and discovery to proposals, negotiation and close.
• Develop CAF’s go-to-market approach for the FM space and provide market feedback to leadership.
