Job summary

CAF Outdoor Cleaning is seeking a Director/Manager for Facility Management Sales (Channel Builder) to launch and scale a new FM growth channel in the United States. You will own the pipeline, lead strategy, and close multi-site enterprise deals across national accounts.

The role requires building a sales funnel, negotiating complex contracts, and travel up to 20% to meet clients and stakeholders. Base salary + bonus with total cash compensation range provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
• Proven success winning multi-site or enterprise accounts.
• Facility Management industry experience strongly preferred.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Facility Management channel nationwide by identifying opportunities and closing deals.
• Own the full sales cycle from target to close including discovery and proposals.
• Develop channel strategy and provide market feedback to leadership.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and partners; manage accounts for growth.
• Travel nationally up to 20% for meetings and events.
