Job summary

CAF Outdoor Cleaning is seeking a Director/Manager of Facility Management Sales (Channel Builder) to launch and scale a national FM channel. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, build strategic relationships with large enterprise clients, and partner with firms like JLL and SP+.

This is a remote US role with ~20–30% travel, reporting to the EVP of Sales. The position pays a competitive base with performance-based bonuses and commissions, with total cash comp in the range of $102K–$159K

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
• Experience winning multi-site or enterprise accounts.
• Facility Management industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close FM opportunities nationwide.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Develop CAF's FM channel strategy and go-to-market approach.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and partners.
• Travel nationally up to 20–30% for meetings and events.
