Job summary

Nuix is hiring a Sales Executive specializing in Nuix Discover to grow a substantial enterprise book of business across the US. The role requires navigating long, multi-stakeholder procurement, building executive relationships, and coordinating pre-sales, legal and customer success teams to close high-value software and SaaS deals.

The position is 100% remote unless located within commuting distance to Reston, VA or Pittsburgh, PA, where a hybrid setup may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience selling eDiscovery, legal technology or litigation support software.
• Established relationships across legal and eDiscovery markets.
• Deep knowledge of eDiscovery workflows and data management.
• Structured sales qualification methodology for long cycles.
• Ability to engage practitioners, evaluators and senior legal executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined enterprise territory across law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Drive the full sales cycle from qualification to contract execution.
• Build executive relationships within target accounts.
• Develop a robust pipeline to meet or exceed quotas.
• Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate internal resources.
• Represent Nuix Discover at key legal technology events.
