Vertex Inc. is seeking a senior sales professional to drive revenue for tax solutions within a defined territory, including prospecting new accounts and expanding existing ones.

You will craft account plans, understand customer needs, and sell Vertex as an enterprise-wide value proposition to executives. Success requires deep knowledge of tax software, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizations, often leading cross-functionally to close

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing or Business.
• 15+ years outside sales experience in transaction tax software or related field preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and business development experience required.
• Background selling software/consulting services to mid- or senior-level decision makers.

Mansioni

• Generate revenue by selling Vertex tax solutions in a defined territory.
• Develop strategy and account plans for targeted accounts.
• Navigate organizations to position Vertex as enterprise-wide value proposition.
• Build relationships with key customer and partner contacts at the highest levels.
• Develop and respond to RFPs and joint proposals with Vertex Consulting.
