Semrush Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Digital Strategy Consultant to guide enterprise clients in designing and executing transformative SEO and GEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure strategic continuity across the client lifecycle.

You will lead discovery engagements, define multi-quarter roadmaps, and help clients adopt scalable governance models while delivering value through Semrush

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital strategy, SEO, GEO consulting or related roles.
• Experience leading discovery engagements and executive roadmaps.
• Ability to design scalable operating models and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity and roadmaps.
• Design scalable governance and operating models for long-term adoption.
• Facilitate executive workshops and align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure lifecycle continuity.
