Job summary

Semrush Consulting Services seeks a Digital Strategy Consultant to partner with enterprise customers in designing and executing transformational SEO and GEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will lead structured discovery, develop multi‑quarter roadmaps, and guide customers in building scalable operating models that embed SEO and GEO into the broader digital marketing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting, change management, enterprise advisory, or related roles within SaaS or MarTech environments

Responsibilities

• Strategic advisory, discovery & roadmapping: lead engagements to assess SEO/GEO maturity and define phased roadmaps.
• Governance, adoption & operating model transformation: design scalable governance and cross‑functional workflows.
• Executive facilitation & program leadership: run workshops and align stakeholders across the customer lifecycle.
• Lifecycle strategy & growth alignment: partner with Sales, CS, and Product to ensure ongoing value realization.
