Semrush is seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant to partner with enterprise customers and design transformational SEO and GEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. You will lead structured discovery, develop multi-quarter roadmaps, and help clients build scalable operating models integrating Semrush capabilities across marketing, product, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital strategy, SEO or GEO consulting, or related roles in SaaS/MarTech.
• Proven experience leading structured discovery engagements and translating insights into executive roadmaps.
• Ability to design scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional workflows.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders at Director/VP level and driving strategic alignment.
• Strong SEO and GEO strategy, competitive analysis, and measurement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity and translate findings into phased roadmaps.
• Design scalable governance and operating models for long-term adoption across Marketing, Product, Engineering and Content teams.
• Facilitate executive workshops and align stakeholders to define outcomes and milestones.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure continuity across the customer lifecycle.
• Contribute to internal playbooks and delivery methodologies to improve consistency across engagements.
