Job summary

Semrush is seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant within the Services Team in Austin, TX. You will partner with enterprise customers to design and execute transformational SEO and GEO strategies, leading discovery, roadmaps, and scalable operating models across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Content teams.

You will guide executive stakeholders, manage multiple engagements, and contribute to the evolution of internal consulting playbooks, while leveraging Semrush capabilities and industry

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting, change management, enterprise advisory, or related roles within SaaS or MarTech environments.
• Proven experience leading structured discovery engagements and translating insights into actionable, executive-level roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional workflows.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic alignment at Director/VP level.
• Strong expertise in SEO and GEO strategy, competitive analysis, and performance measurement.
• Exceptional facilitation, stakeholder-management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory, Discovery & Roadmapping: lead structured discovery engagements and translate insights into roadmaps.
• Governance, Adoption & Operating Model Transformation: design scalable governance and operating models.
• Executive Facilitation & Program Leadership: lead workshops, align stakeholders, track milestones.
• Lifecycle Strategy & Growth Alignment: ensure continuity and identify expansion opportunities with Sales, CS, and Product teams.
• Internal Strategy & Methodology Contribution: evolve playbooks and best practices across strategies.
