Semrush is seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant for its Services Team in the United States. You will partner with enterprise customers to design and execute transformational SEO and GEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

The role leads discovery, roadmapping, and scalable operating models. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure strategic alignment, accelerate value, and drive long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting, change management, enterprise advisory, or related roles within SaaS or MarTech environments.
• Proven experience leading structured discovery engagements and translating insights into actionable, executive‑level strategic roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and cross‑functional workflows.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic alignment at the Director and VP level.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity, operating models, workflows, and organizational readiness.
• Design scalable SEO and GEO governance frameworks and operating models for long‑term adoption and cross‑functional alignment.
• Lead workshops and executive briefings to define outcomes and align stakeholders across the customer lifecycle.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment and drive long‑term value realization.
• Contribute to internal playbooks and delivery methodologies to elevate enterprise strategy delivery.
