Job summary

Semrush Consulting Services is seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant to partner with enterprise customers, designing and executing transformational SEO and GEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will lead discovery engagements, build multi-quarter roadmaps, and guide clients through scalable operating models while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure strategic continuity and long-term value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting, change management, enterprise advisory, or related roles.
• Experience designing scalable operating models and governance frameworks.
• Ability to translate insights into executive-level strategic roadmaps and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity and translate findings into multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Design scalable governance frameworks and operating models for long-term adoption and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead workshops and executive briefings to define outcomes and align stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
