Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT degree preferred.
• 2+ years IT support/help desk experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MC DTS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral support.
• Troubleshoot OS, Office applications, and company tools.
• Assist with hardware installs, upgrades, and configurations.
• Respond to help desk tickets via phone, email, or in person.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed.
• Document issues and solutions accurately.
• Support system rollouts, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
