• 4–6 years of IT help desk or desktop support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.

• Install and configure operating systems on laptops and desktops.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Handle help desk tickets and escalate when needed.
• Imaging new computers and maintaining IT asset tracking.
