Job summary

A technology service provider is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Tempe, AZ. The role involves repairing laptops and desktops, with responsibilities including hardware swaps and repairs. Qualifications

• Ability to resolve basic/non-complex problems as directed.

Responsibilities

• Assigned service requests to repair laptops and desktops in the metro area.
• Conduct repair activities such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
• Perform whole unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals.

Job type – 9 months contract with possible extension

Key Responsibilities

• As a Computer Technician, you will be assigned service requests to repair Laptops and Desktops in the metro area.
• Your assignments will include repair activities such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
• You may also perform whole unit swaps, repair or replace PC peripherals.

Key Qualifications
