Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Delivery Director to lead complex Professional Services engagements end-to-end, from advisory to value realization. You will manage delivery, governance, and KPIs with executive stakeholders, shaping strategies for broad Salesforce adoption.

You will partner with customers to drive efficiencies, cost savings, and rapid innovation on the Salesforce platform, across multi-cloud environments, while guiding a team of PMs and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience leading multiple workstreams or large programs.
• 5+ years using/implementing the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and governance for complex Professional Services engagements.
• Drive executive-level communication and align stakeholders for value realization.
• Build strategy, KPIs, and roadmaps with customers to accelerate value.
