NetApp is seeking a Strategic Deal Lead to act as the commercial architect and quarterback for its most complex Enterprise Agreement opportunities. You will partner with account teams to shape, structure, and guide deals across Full Portfolio, Express, and Flex constructs, ensuring competitiveness, financial soundness, and alignment to customer value.

Qualifications

Experience in enterprise sales, deal strategy, or strategic deal execution.
Proven ability to shape and influence complex, multi-year agreements.
Strong business and financial acumen, including pricing and trade-offs.
Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Track record on large, high-value deals.

Responsibilities

Shape strategy, messaging, and commercial approach early in the deal cycle.
Guide opportunities from discovery through close with clear structure.
Coach sellers in value-based positioning, ROI articulation, and executive engagement.
Translate customer objectives into scalable, executable deal structures.
Advise on EA constructs (Full Portfolio, Express, Flex) based on customer needs.
Drive consistency, rigor, and best practices across complex deal motions.
Participate in executive engagements to support deal positioning and negotiations.
