LifeStance Health is seeking a Sr. Data Integration Analyst to lead data integration and governance across the Enterprise Data Platform, defining source-to-target mappings and enforcing data quality for the Silver Medallion layer.

You will coordinate with EHR/PM, Salesforce, Workday, and other sources to deliver trustworthy data products that meet enterprise objectives. You will own metadata, business glossary, data lineage, and governance artifacts, ensuring transparency, regulatory compliance,

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years' data analysis experience, including 3 years in healthcare data analysis.
Working knowledge of healthcare data structures; AthenaOne familiarity preferred.
Proficient SQL skills and ability to query Snowflake.
Understanding of HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
Ability to document standards and communicate with non-technical leaders.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Mansioni

Lead identity resolution and data quality stewardship across the Enterprise Data Platform.
Define source-to-target mappings for Silver Medallion layer data domains (e.g., EHR/PM, Salesforce, Workday).
Govern metadata, data lineage, and governance artifacts in Snowflake Horizon Catalog.
Oversee data quality, issue management, and remediation strategies with Data Eng/DataOps teams.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver trusted data products.
