Job summary
LifeStance Health is seeking a Senior Data Integration Analyst to lead enterprise data integration and governance across the Enterprise Data Platform. You will drive source-to-target mappings, data transformations, and data quality initiatives, ensuring trusted, scalable data products.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years in data analysis, healthcare data experience, and strong SQL skills, with HIPAA knowledge and US work authorization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CIS / MIS / CS / Data Analytics or related field.
- 8+ years of data analysis experience, 3 years in healthcare data.
- Working knowledge of healthcare data structures and workflows.
- Proficient SQL; ability to query Snowflake for data issues.
- Experience with HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
- Authorized to work legally in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise data analysis initiatives across multiple source systems.
- Define source-to-target mappings and transformation requirements.
- Govern data quality standards and data lineage for the Silver Medallion layer.
- Own metadata and governance assets in Snowflake Horizon Catalog.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and DataOps for remediation.
