Zusammenfassung

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Senior MDM Data Steward to own master data governance for patient and provider records. You will lead identity resolution, steward standards, and lineage governance across Snowflake to ensure high-quality data for analytics and regulatory needs.

You will collaborate with Data Owners, Governance leaders, and source-system teams, advancing data quality, privacy, and HIPAA-compliant processes while aligning with enterprise goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in healthcare data stewardship, HIM, or MDM with master data quality responsibility.
• Hands-on experience with EMPI/MDM platforms, including match/merge workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare data structures and provider credentialing data; Salesforce/Workday familiarity is a plus.
• Provider data expertise: NPI/NPPES, taxonomy, licensure, credentialing lifecycle, payer enrollment, locations, affiliations.
• Proficient SQL to query Snowflake and validate global IDs, lineage, and defects.
• Experience defining data quality rules and communicating trends to leaders.

Aufgaben

• Establish and own standards for patient/provider mastered records and identity resolution outcomes.
• Oversee EMPI patient/provider global ID integrity in Snowflake Silver layer; lead remediation.
• Define and refine master data quality standards; monitor metrics like duplicates and missing values.
• Lead governance and lifecycle management of master data issues; report status and risk.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to identify systemic defects across processes and systems.
• Maintain master data lineage and crosswalks for audit and reporting.
• Lead identity-related incident management and cross-functional remediation.
• Provide metadata governance leadership for glossary, quality rules, and lineage.
