Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks a Senior MDM Data Steward to own patient and provider master data across the enterprise. You will lead identity resolution, establish stewardship standards, and maintain data quality and metadata in the Snowflake Horizon Catalog.

You will drive governance and lifecycle management of master data, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with data architecture, engineering, and business leaders to optimize data practices and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in healthcare data stewardship, HIM, or MDM operations.
• Experience with EMPI/MDM platforms and identity resolution.
• SQL proficiency and ability to query Snowflake independently.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy, data quality, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDM stewardship operations and identity resolution for patient/provider data.
• Govern data quality, survivorship, and governance rules; manage exceptions.
• Oversee governance artifacts, lineage, and metadata in Snowflake Horizon Catalog.
• Partner with data owners and stakeholders to drive improvements and auditability.
• Mentor teams and coordinate cross-functional remediation and release activities.
