Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Senior Data Integration Analyst to drive data integration strategies across the Enterprise Data Platform. You will define source-to-target mappings, establish data transformation requirements, and provide architectural direction for the Silver Medallion layer.

You will steward metadata, data lineage, and governance artifacts to ensure transparent, compliant data products. The role partners with business and technical teams to deliver trusted, scalable data assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in data analysis, 3+ years in healthcare data analysis.
• Proficient SQL and Snowflake querying for identity issues and data lineage.
• Experience defining data quality rules and governance.
• HIPAA privacy and security understanding for identity data.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data analysis initiatives across multiple source systems and document mappings.
• Own governance and lineage documentation for Silver Medallion layer data domains.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and DataOps to remediate data quality issues.
• Define transformation logic and oversee data lineage and governance artifacts.
• Manage metadata, business glossary, and data quality standards across platforms.
