LifeStance Health is seeking a Senior MDM Data Steward to lead master data governance for patient and provider domains. You will own stewardship standards, oversee identity resolution, and collaborate with Data Architecture to optimize matching, survivorship, and data lineage across enterprise systems.

The role requires 7+ years in healthcare data stewardship, strong SQL and Snowflake skills, and experience with EMPI/MDM platforms.

Competenze

7+ years of experience in healthcare data stewardship, HIM, patient/provider master data, or MDM operations.
Experience with EMPI/MDM platforms, survivorship, and match rule evaluation.
Strong SQL skills and ability to query Snowflake for data quality investigations.

Mansioni

Lead enterprise MDM stewardship operations, directing work queues and adjudicating complex identity resolution scenarios.
Own governance for patient and provider master data, including NPI, taxonomy, licensure, credentialing, provider data attributes.
Drive data quality initiatives, address issues, and coordinate remediation with data engineering and DataOps teams.
Partner with Data Architecture to tune match thresholds and configuration; measure impact on auto-match and false positives.
Develop and present stewardship performance metrics and governance documentation for auditability.
