LifeStance Health is seeking a Sr. Data Integration Analyst to lead enterprise data integration efforts and standardization across the Data Platform.

You will define mapping strategies, governance artifacts, and data lineage for the Silver Medallion layer in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. The role emphasizes data quality, ownership of metadata, and delivering business-ready data products across EHR/PM, Salesforce, Workday, and other sources, with a focus on HIPAA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of data analysis experience, 3 years in healthcare data analysis.
• Proficient SQL skills and ability to query Snowflake.
• Experience with HIPAA privacy and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data analysis initiatives across multiple source systems.
• Define source-to-target mappings for Silver Medallion layer data domains.
• Govern data lineage, data quality, and governance artifacts.
• Pilot data integration strategies and ensure authenticated, scalable data products.
